The permanent collection

Each piece is numbered and made for a specific room. Travertine is quarried in Lazio and ash is kiln-cured in our Paris workshop.

A central living volume carved from single-quarry Italian travertine. The fluted perimeter creates shifting linear shadows as sunlight traverses the room, anchoring expansive spaces with calm permanence.

We work slowly and only in solid materials: single-block stone, old-growth certified European hardwood and hand-loomed natural fibre.

  • Subtractive stonework

    Quarried in Tivoli and Carrara

    Every travertine block comes from historic underground seams. Stonemasons shape each flute by hand-guided diamond scoring, keeping the open mineral fissures that record the stone’s age.

  • Mortise joinery

    No mechanical fasteners

    Timber carcasses hold together with interlocking joints, dowels and pressure-seated tenons, so the wood can move with seasonal humidity without fatigue.

  • Living patinas

    Finished by hand, without chemicals

    No polyurethane. Surfaces are sealed with purified beeswax and cold-pressed walnut oil, and bronze is sulfur-patinated so it deepens where hands touch it over decades.

Every finished piece is recorded with an engraved brass plate and a printed certificate of provenance, and carries a ten-year structural warranty.

From quarry to your floor in 8 to 12 weeks

Four phases, each signed off by you before the next begins. Select a phase to see what you receive at the end of it.

Solid bars show the shortest schedule. The lighter extension shows how long a phase can run for larger or more complex pieces.

Room survey and quarry selection

We review your plans, light orientation and floor tolerances, then choose the raw limestone or marble block with you at the quarry.

  • Finish samples delivered to your home or studio

Private Haussmannian Residence

Commissioned to harmonize expansive 3.8-meter ceiling plaster moldings with low-slung contemporary weight. The single-quarry travertine table anchors the main salon, counterbalanced by curved bouclé silhouettes that soften the classical parquet axes.
